Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships with tracking information.

Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days) – Calculated at checkout
Express Shipping (1-2 business days) – Calculated at checkout

Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order. Free shipping may be available on orders over a certain amount—check our current promotions at checkout.

International Shipping

We currently ship within Canada and the United States. International customers may be responsible for customs duties and taxes.

Return & Exchange Policy

30-Day Return Window

We want you to love what you buy. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at support@astencaribou.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
